Spine and Joint Institute of Milwaukee is a busy, locally-owned chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic. We serve a large Spanish-speaking population, focusing heavily on workers' compensation injuries. We are looking for a hardworking, compassionate Bilingual (English/Spanish) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) who is ready to leave the grueling hours of hospital or nursing home work and transition into a cleaner, more predictable clinical environment.

The Opportunity:
We will hire you for your patient care skills and bilingual abilities, and we will train you and help you get certified as a Chiropractic Technician (CT) in the State of Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do:
•Assist Dr. Kelly with patient flow, intake, and room preparation.
•Translate for our Spanish-speaking patients to ensure they understand their care plans and rights.
•Learn to perform therapeutic modalities (EMS, TENS, ultrasound, hot/cold therapies) under direct supervision while training for your CT license.
•Provide the compassionate, hands-on care you learned as a CNA, but in a low-stress outpatient setting.
What We Need From You:
•MUST be fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) - reading, writing, and speaking.
•Previous experience in patient care (CNA, CMA, or similar background highly preferred).
•A strong work ethic and a desire to learn new clinical skills.
•Compassion and a patient-first mindset.
